I have been discussing this with various people lately. When you post something on the internet, regardless of item, it is open for feedback. Not all feedback can be good all the time. Some will cause you to be upset, or worse, depressed. Just remember that when you post something on line, people who have access to it will have comments.

Sheesh, that sounded nice, didn't it.

Thank you for the fave on Micah!
Are you a fan of the series?

:icontonedeaf44:
Very much so :D What about yourself? Do you like the series? The direction it is taking? Character development?
:iconbuhkeezy:
Well...
at this point it's harder for me to enjoy the series, with all the sex going on. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem, but it seems like that's 90% of the series' content these days.
At the beginning of the series, I was in love... and now it still has it's moments... but not the same.
As for character development,
I love every main character who was introduces up until the 9th book, and then Haven... and that's because I feel every other character has become flat. IMHO, no one REALLY develops anymore.
I would have to disagree with having blood noir as an entire installment... it should have been done like Micah's book.
Having said all of that, I do still like the series, but it may be because I'm hooked.

How about you? How do you feel about the series?

I feel like Anita is digressing instead of growing as a character. She's going backwards as far as I'm concerned. I read in LKH's blog how she thinks the sex scenes are 'edgy'. Riiiight. Well, if that's what she's convinced herself they are instead of boring, monotonous, repetative scenes, then there's nothing anyone can say to her otherwise.
I would love to see the development of some of the other characters. My particular favorite is Byron (with a side of Caleb). She has let so many potential strong characters go by the wayside. Mind you, there is a lot of other things that could be improved.
Having said all that, I will continue to read them as they come out since I'm also hooked. ;)
Thanks for the great picture! I really think you've captured the character's personality. A little sexy, with a hint of animal, and a coyness.

:D
:iconbuhkeezy:
Well I am really glad that you agree.
In all honesty,
I pretty much agree with you fully,
but A LOT of people get really fired up about it.
Have you seen it?
They get angry when you suggest that Anita, or LKH
are anything but saints.
Byon is a unique choice,
but a good one!
And once again,
Thank you for the compliments!

Thanks much for the fave on my paper star tutorial! If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask :3

Yaoi is totally the fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. No one ever hears about him because he's always off riding the sixth Horseman. ಠ◡ಠ
:icontonedeaf44:
Hey! Your tutorial is well laid out and easy to follow. Now I just have to find the paper to do them with.
Cheers!
:icon-kitsune-:
Ooooh, if I can make a suggestion, visit :iconblackheartqueen:'s page, she has tons of paper star strips that you can print out. Ooorrrr if you have notebook paper, you can cut strips from that! Cut along the blue lines and they turn out the perfect size :3
